No batching, clearing or resetting, just continuous high speed bud filling and packaging. High speed dual robot with high accuracy weighing and bud sorting Smartsort(tm) technology will deliver significant labor savings. Plus significant savings from reduced overfill.
Flexibilty of Smartsort system provides capability to package 1, 2, 3.5 or 7 gm packages. The machine is engineered to handle the most difficult 1 gram package fill rate scenario, achieving both hundredth of a gram accuracy and beautiful whole bud filling at 500 bags / hour.
Quality is preserved due to one gentle bud handling through weighing, transfering and package filling.
BudBot – FX automatically weighs buds, transfers them into robot workspace without stopping robot production, then robots sort and combine the weighed buds, then deposit them into packages at hundredths of a gram accuracy.
BB-FX is remarkably easy to learn how to run, taking only less than a shift to learn.
BudBot FX packaging machine is perfect for any size processing facility. Flexibility is designed in to change packaging and fill weights on the fly. Choose to run 1 gram package weights for an hour and then switch over to 3.5 gram package weight with a push of button.
