Warranty Coverage
For a period of one (1) year beginning on date of sale (the “Warranty Period”), Seller warrants the Covered Product’s structural frame, electrical wiring and other electrical components (not including scale related components) to be free of material defects in materials and workmanship when used for their normal and intended use. To the extent transferrable to Customer, the remaining manufacturers’ warranties for all components of the Covered Product and related accessories shall apply. No warranty shall apply to the items set forth below under the heading “Warranty Exclusions.” The warranties contained herein extend to Customer only and shall not apply to Customer’s affiliates or customers.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
Scales, scale structure and related sensors and controllers
Robot gripper and fingers, and gripper microswitch
Cups and trays
Laptop computer
Repairs necessitated by use other than normal wear and tear.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents or alterations.
Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a BOT LLC authorized service technician.
Ancillary equipment not furnished by Seller which is attached to or used in conjunction with a Covered Product.
